When I went to Paris, there was so much about it that felt very familiar to me, and that's because a lot of New Orleans feels just as old and weathered. These beautiful doors that are in front of the chapel at Hotel Peter and Paul remind me of the large and beautiful doors that can be found scattered throughout Paris.

Nothing beats walking around the French Quarter wi

Nothing beats walking around the French Quarter with a couple on their wedding day! The light was perfect, the streets weren't too crowded, and these two were just soaking it all in. Not to mention all traffic stops for you and strangers hang out of their cars to yell out congrats. It can be an odd thing to stand out in one of the most eccentric neighborhoods in the world, but a wedding couple always will, and I hope that never changes.
