Caroline’s French Quarter Ballet Portraits
When Caroline’s mom, Beth, reached out to me about taking these French Quarter ballet portraits, I thought it was a prank! How could such a perfect, tailor-made-to-me request fall into my inbox? I danced for over 20 years, all the way through college, and ballet was such an intense and special passion of mine. This session was an immense treat for me! Caroline is such a beautiful dancer and was up to try all kinds of fun stuff as we explored the French Quarter on an early weekday morning. We even headed over to the Marigny Opera House, where, as fate would have it, a ballet was being rehearsed inside. These are so special to me, and I think Caroline and Beth loved them too!
