Do you remember the big 100 year flood we had? Well it really threw this sweet couple for a loop when it happened on their wedding day. They couldn’t have had a better attitude about it! They got married the next afternoon and threw a huge party later. Who gets to have two wedding days? I had such an amazing time working with these two! I couldn’t ask for better clients. Since we all know rain is considered lucky on your wedding day these two have enough luck to last at least 100 years.
I once again failed in blogging everything I wanted to get to this year but I really will try harder next year. I still love to look back and see what got the most hits. I’m only going to do the top 7 this year as motivation to blog more in the future. Enjoy!
I was so honored to be able to photograph this beautiful fall wedding at the always amazing Acadian Village. It was a little chilly as the first cold front of the year came through at the outdoor reception but it just gave everyone a great excuse to get up and dance. The whole day such a mix of fun and emotion and I was so happy I could be a part of it.
Wow! You can really tell these two are best friends. I had a great time with them and their cuter then cute puppy, Louis. I wish all couples would have amazing puppies to bring along. I’m also super excited that we captured one of the last tropical sunsets of the season. It’s always a good time in Louisiana country.
I can’t believe that Laurel is already a senior! She has grown up into the most incredible young lady! I was so excited when she agreed to meet me at sunrise for her rep mini session. The light was so stunning! If you are interested in being a referral for Laurel let her or I know.
