Mark Eric Mentoring – Ceremony

The ceremony was so beautiful and spiritual and I was very happy that I could be included in Kristen & Brad’s special day. The outdoor setting was hot but beautiful, so they balanced each other out. Stay tuned for part three, the reception.

Mark Eric Mentoring – Getting Ready

I had a wonderful opportunity to attend Mark Eric‘s first Mentoring session. It was a three part session that consisted of a class, engagement shoot, and a wedding. There is nothing like being trained on location at an actual wedding from a pro like Mark. A huge thanks has to be given to Kristen & Brad for letting us all be a part of their wedding day. Here’s the first part of the wedding I shot, getting ready.

Hailey, Tanner, & Theresa

I’ve been holding on to these because I didn’t want to spoil a Christmas surprise! I’ve finally been given to green light to share. What a fun family to shoot! Theresa was so fun to watch as she chased the cats around. We finished just as it started to rain!

Greater Lafayette Business Journal

2010 has been a huge year for me! A part of that was getting a job hours after finishing my last college class at Acadiana Publishing. I was hired to do layout design but another big part of my job was going on interviews all over the area and getting some great portraits. You can see more of this magazine at lafbusinessjournal.com. You can see an example of a shoot for it’s sister publication, Cajun Outdoors here.

These are some of my favorite shots from the Business Journal from 2010.
